Our delivery policy defines the conditions under which La Grange Liquidation, also known as Meuble chez Pierre, ships your appliances, furniture and mattresses within a 20 km radius of Sherbrooke in the Eastern Townships. This delivery policy covers our fast service with real-time tracking, guaranteeing you a hassle-free experience. Find out more about our conditions, rates and pickup options.

Delivery radius from Sherbrooke
La Grange Liquidation delivers within a 20 km radius of our Sherbrooke store, covering the following areas in the Eastern Townships:- Sherbrooke (all sectors)
- Rock Forest
- Fleurimont
- Lennoxville
- Surroundings within a 20 km radius
Delivery limits
We do not deliver outside Canada. In addition, for homes located in mountainous or remote areas, please note that our trucks are not all-terrain vehicles. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us in advance of any difficult roads or access so that appropriate arrangements can be made to ensure the safety of our delivery personnel.
Fast delivery and real-time tracking
Delivery times
Deliveries start as early as 6 am. The day before your delivery, a member of our team will contact you to inform you of the four (4)-hour time slot during which your delivery will take place. However, this time slot is subject to change depending on the progress of the day's deliveries.Advance notice before arrival

The day of your delivery
Deposit
Our team will drop off your appliances at the specified location. To make the job easier, it is imperative that this space is cleared before the delivery team arrives. In fact, delivery includes the installation of the appliance, provided that the desired location has been vacated.Picking up your old appliance
Our delivery personnel can take your old (standard-size) appliance away with them. All you have to do is unplug it and empty it, so that it's ready for collection. However, additional charges apply if we need to move your old appliances.What is NOT included
- No installation or uninstallation services
- It's your responsibility to protect your floors (no warranty against damage)
Post-delivery inspection
Once delivery has been completed, check that all items listed on your invoice have been delivered. You have 48 hours following delivery to notify us.
Delivery Costs and Conditions
According to our delivery policy, an additional charge of 125 $ applies in the following cases:
- Absence at time of delivery
- Delivery driver safety at risk (ice, snow, ramps)
- Incorrect dimensions supplied
- Street under construction

Personalized delivery is offered at 150 $ per hour (minimum 2 hours).

Store Pickup in Sherbrooke
Pick-up times
- Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 to 11:30 a.m.
Eligibility and procedure
Our delivery policy includes the option of in-store pickup. If this option is indicated on the product sheet, the product is eligible for in-store pickup at 5215 boul. Bourque, Sherbrooke, Canada, Quebec.- You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your items are ready.
- 7-day collection window
- After this period, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
- At pick-up: provide proof of purchase and valid ID
Warranties and liability
Final sales and warranty
All our sales are final. Each product comes with a one-year warranty on parts and labor. Please note: the legal warranty is not valid on products as is.
These are sold as is in their current condition as mentioned at the time of purchase. Slight imperfections and missing components (which do not interfere with the proper functioning of the appliance) will always be mentioned by sellers during the sale.
